🗡 Wide Grip Row x12
🗡 Reverse Fly x10 each side
🗡 Face Pulls x12
🗡 Gorilla Rows x20
🔁 Repeat this circuit 3 times
🔥 WEIGHT SUGGESTION:
The weights you pick should be heavy and feel like a struggle the last 2-3 reps of your set. You can use different weights for each move and adjust as needed
