πŸ—‘ Chest Press + Leg Extension x 10 each side

πŸ—‘ Farmer’s Carries x 20 steps both directions

The weights you pick should be heavy and feel like a struggle the last 2-3 reps of your set. You can use different weights for each move and adjust as needed
