👇 Here’s the core conditioning workout:

🗡 Bird Dog Rows x 10 each side

🗡 Downward Chops x 10 each side

🗡 Chest Press + Leg Extension x 10 each side

🗡 Weighted Marches x 20

🗡 Farmer’s Carries x 20 steps both directions

🔁 Repeat this circuit 3 times

🔥 WEIGHT SUGGESTION:

The weights you pick should be heavy and feel like a struggle the last 2-3 reps of your set. You can use different weights for each move and adjust as needed
