The glutes are awakening! Jedi Sam must lead you into the resistance to activate the notoriously lazy glute muscles.  Squad, prepare for an epic lunging lightsaber battle!

Using a lightsaber (sword) is optional for this workout. If you don’t have a sword, you can opt to use a wrapping paper roll, rolling pin, spatula, practice sword, or even a stick! Just be aware of your surroundings.
