🗡 Deadlift Row x12
🗡 Lunge Passover x10 each side
🗡 Bridge + Chest Press x12
🗡 Sumo Squat + Hammer Curl x15
🗡 Lateral Lunge + Row x20
🔁 Repeat this circuit 3 times
🔥 WEIGHT SUGGESTION:
The weights you pick should be heavy and feel like a struggle the last 2-3 reps of your set. You can use different weights for each move and adjust as needed
