π Hereβs the arm strength workout to help you wield your sword and protect with your shield:
π‘ Tricep Pulldown x 15
π‘ Single Arm Wide Bicep Curl x 10 each side
π‘ Zottman Curls x 12
π‘ Single Arm Tricep Extension x 10 each side
π Repeat this circuit 3 times
π₯ WEIGHT SUGGESTION:
The weights you pick should be heavy and feel like a struggle the last 2-3 reps of your set. You can use different weights for each move and adjust as needed
