πŸ—‘  Single Arm Wide Bicep Curl x 10 each side

πŸ—‘ Zottman Curls x 12

πŸ—‘ Single Arm Tricep Extension x 10 each side

πŸ” Repeat this circuit 3 times

πŸ”₯ WEIGHT SUGGESTION:

The weights you pick should be heavy and feel like a struggle the last 2-3 reps of your set. You can use different weights for each move and adjust as needed
