I am so excited about your newest adventure in kickboxing! This program can be done alongside Micro Squad’s other programs and workout classes. Because of this, if you choose to accept, I’ve added side quests for you while you progress through the program. They are there to help you harness those lightning powers and to continue to build strength and recovery safely.
The calendar and checklist provided are there to help keep you on track. Remember, though, it’s okay to pause and take more rest and recovery days between the days set by the program schedule. This program is not a challenge, which means there is no rush to finish it and no shame in not working out on specific days.
