Mobility is the ability to move freely and easily in your body, specifically the joints, with dynamic movements designed to increase your range of motion. It can also help improve balance, flexibility, and strength. Think of the Tin Man from The Wizard of Oz; you know how he needs that oil can to get those joints moving correctly? Yeah, these videos are your oil can.
I’ve created this program to be done alongside our current programs and workouts. These videos can ideally be done as an additional warm-up, a cool down, or an active recovery day, where you still want to move your body but not intensely.
In the program, I’ve included 4 upper body mobility videos, 4 lower-body mobility and activation videos, and 4 full body mobility videos. BUT to add some extra sugar, you have 2 additional mobility flows AND 3 bonus target videos; SI joint, neck, and foot mobility.
