K-Pop Demon HUNTR/X Workout

⚠️  This is an intermediate level workout. There is no “traditional” warm up included. This is fast pace, high intensity class. We advise knowing some kickboxing moves: punches, knees, front and round kicks. Here is our suggested warm-up workout: Hip Mobility.
