🗡 Shoulder Press x12
🗡 Chest Press x15
🗡 Lateral Raises x10 each side
🗡 Alternating Low Chest Fly x10 each side
🗡 Arnold Presses x12
🔁 Repeat this circuit 3 times
🔥 WEIGHT SUGGESTION:
The weights you pick should be heavy and feel like a struggle the last 2-3 reps of your set. You can use different weights for each move and adjust as needed
